Pricing

$500/month platform fee
$10/month per user seat
Month-to-month. No long-term contracts, no implementation fees, no per-photo charges.

Billing runs through Stripe on the card you provided at signup; Stripe emails you a receipt with an invoice link every cycle.

Seats

You chose your seat count at signup — it's the number of people who can have their own DockSnap login. Admins manage members on the Team page: invite by email, or suspend a member to free their seat instantly. To add seats to your plan, email support@docksnap.io and we'll sort it same-day.

Trials

DockSnap trials are available through partner referral codes. A trial runs 30 days with full functionality; if it lapses, logins close after 90 days but your capture history is kept for at least that long — reactivating picks up exactly where you left off.
