Finding a load

Open Browse. Every capture session is listed with its reference, load type, date, and photo count. Search by reference (the barcode you scanned or the number you typed), or filter by date and type. Click through to see every photo in the session, full size, with the session's capture date and time.

Sharing proof

From a session's detail page you can share it by email — send the photo evidence straight to a client, carrier, or claims handler without exporting anything. They get a clean, professional view of exactly that session.

Typical uses

• Freight claims — respond to "it arrived damaged" with date-stamped photo sessions of the load leaving your dock, shrink-wrapped and intact
• Client disputes — answer "did it ship?" in seconds instead of a warehouse walk
